We are delighted to be hosting our first Lending Workshop in Reading in November. Our Mortgages Technical Director, Christine Newell, will be hosting a Compliance & Regulatory Update which will discuss hot topics in our industry and upcoming regulatory changes to consider, with a focus on BTL PRA changes. This event provides you with a unique opportunity to meet with some of our top Lenders and to engage with them on a much more personal level whilst discussing key issues within the current market, especially looking at recent BTL criteria changes in the portfolio landlord space.
