Knowledge Bank is designed and built by brokers for mortgage brokers to make placing cases easier and quicker. Perform as many searches as you like over multiple criteria categories to find out which lenders will accept your client's criteria across residential, buy to let, 2nd charge loans and exclusive to Connect across Bridging and commercial loans too!
Knowledge Bank is not a sourcing system, as there are no rates. It is however a very detailed system for criteria to compliment your sourcing systems.
In this training session you will learn how to:
- Save hours searching websites, making calls and sending emails trying to get to the answers you need.
- Place cases that you didn't think were possible with access to thousands of pieces of previously unpublished criteria.
- Print or save to PDF your results to keep alongside your product sourcing for real 'evidence of research'.
- Be more effective in your working day to allow you to see more criteria and increase your earning potential.
Available to ALL mortgage advisers, we are holding training on Tuesday the 12th December at our offices in Hornchurch.

- SESSION 1 - 8am – Early breakfast session
- SESSION 2 - 10am – Late breakfast session
- SESSION 3 - Midday – Early lunch session
- SESSION 4 - 2pm – Late lunch session
Each session will last around 90 mins and includes breakfast or lunch
