Monmouthshire Building Society has launched a new range of 2 and 5 year Remortgage products alongside two 5 Year low LTV Purchase products.

2 year low LTV Fixed Rate Remortgages

For existing homeowners who are looking for a fixed rate over a short term, we now offer a competitive* 2 year product.

At 80% we offer a 2 Year Fixed Rate Remortgage product at 1.85%, which includes a £999 product fee, one free valuation**, free fund transfer, no application fee and £250 cashback towards legal costs.

We have also launched a 2 Year Fixed Rate Remortgage product at 2.10%, which has no product fee, one free valuation**, free fund transfer, no application fee and £250 cashback towards legal costs. This mortgage is available up to 80% loan to value.

5 Year low LTV Fixed Rate Remortgages

For those customers with at least 35% equity looking to tie themselves into a longer fixed rate deal, the society offers a 5 Year Fixed rate Remortgage product at 1.98%, which includes a £999 product fee, one free valuation**, free fund transfer, no application fee and £250 cashback towards legal costs.

The new remortgage range also includes a 5 Year Fixed rate Remortgage product at 2.18% with a maximum loan to value of 65%. The product is available across England and Wales and has no product fee, one free valuation**, free fund transfer, no application fee and £250 cashback towards legal costs.

5 Year Fixed Rate low LTV Purchase Products

At 65% we offer a 5 Year Fixed Rate Purchase product at 1.94%, which includes a £999 product fee and £150 application fee.

For those customers who don’t wish to pay a product fee, we also have a 5 Year Fixed Rate Purchase Product at 2.14%, which has an application fee of £150. This mortgage is available up to 65% loan to value.
