Monday Very Expensive. New systems which are challenging to use and not intuitive were designed for wealth management and not mortgage and protection. Systems training needs work . The same errors that were there 3 years ago are still there. There is no proper oversight of software innovation and development. They assign a manager with no experience in mortgage lending or marketing to tell you what to do. He/she does not care that systems are the problem with OW Do your customers and yourself a favour and avoid.

2 Jun 2015 Fees expensive and you'll be just a number. No day to day support. Good IT systems but not worth the costs

19 Nov 2013 Cannot fault payments. Can be a bit slow at getting things done at HO level and IT historically has been weak but is definately improving.
15 Jan 2008 Still seems slower than it could be particularly on payments. Everything just seems to take ages!
29 Oct 2007 Tied to Zurich for life cover which is expensive. Payments can take up to 12 Months!! Looking to leave been with them 2 years, not too sure if the grass is greener elsewhere!

28 Feb 2006 Proc fees take an average of three months. No support, Files checked at compliance department by staff who have never been in the mortgage market. Avoid at all costs, or pay!!!
