By completing the subscription process and / or entering the system you accept the following
Some system entry and activity is monitored
You agree to provide details of all users, servers etc. if requested, to ensure that use can be identified by cherry
Anyone passing on passwords or allowing others to access the system without prior agreement will face prosecution
WARNING - unauthorised use of the system is fraud. Use of the site is free only to Mortgage and Financial Intermediaries and others with cherry's specific agreement. Access for any person using the site without authorisation will be removed and the individual user and their company, as well as any individual intermediary (and their company) who has passed on access details without authorisation, will face legal action.
cherry reserves the right to refuse admission to the service to any individual or company, without explanation e.g. to advisers who have wider interests e.g. as a network.
Advisers only may input data into the system (unless otherwise agreed) - and even then, this is only acceptable if they have no wider interests, for example as Directors or owners or part owners of a network or other company where there may possibly be a conflict of interests. All abusers will be prosecuted
