Telephone or email?

Emails not answered and phones not answered for a minimum 45 mins. each time.How to communicate?

Took 55 minutes on hold before someone answered with Woolwich but its the only wat to get a definitive update. I discovered a valuation had come back on 20th April, had been marked as reviewed but hadnt actually been looked at! I would not have found this out without calling. Best thing is to take your mobile / phone put it on loudspeaker and do something else while you are waiting. Clients never appreciate this aspect of our job unfortuantely.
