We have been running for 22 years and have made a consistent profit in each of our 22 years of business, and as we are all of an experienced advisory background, we are well placed to identify and mitigate risks to our business and yours.
We own our Head Office with no mortgage and have no debts.
Most of our 170 advisers have come from other Networks, so we have perfected ensuring their experience in moving affects the continuity of their income and their business as little as possible. We do all the work in respect of novating your agencies.
We run an efficient setup and pass on our low running costs to advisers by way of low overall charges.
We have no monthly fee. Our charge for Mortgage and Insurance advisers is 15% of commissions and procuration fees (reducing to 10% on the excess over £40,000 each year). For IFAs we charge 19% on the first £25,000 of initial net commission each year, reducing to 12.5% on the excess, and £95 per month per adviser (not payable for first 3 months). This is inclusive of PI insurance.
We pay weekly.
We have a very user friendly Intranet system for compliance, training and commissions which you can see in real time 24/7. We have a very popular and efficient retirement/exit strategy.
There is no cost to apply or join, and if you change your mind during the recruitment process, it will not have cost you anything.
We do not take any of your broker fees.
Your clients belong to you.
One month's notice for leaving.

Efficient recruitment process. Current firm reference requested last. You can be dual authorised, as such we have perfected ensuring that your down time and held commission is kept to an absolute minimum.
Two year clawback with eight providers. Four year with all others.
