16 Mar 2017 Joined this network in 2012 worse decision I ever made so glad when I left. The fees charged are getting ridiculous, as a one man band my fees at time of leaving were £475pm!! I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy-NIGHTMARE stay away.
6 May 2016 You feel like an employee these days. Can never get hold of anyone and they accuse you of not staying in touch. Very poor. Was an excellent network under Martin and Amanda Wilson but has been destroyed by Wright and Cronies
11 Feb 2014 Been with Network since 2007 and have found them to be ok. The support is nowhere near as good as I would want and even on the compliance side my branch has just gone a full year without getting a case checked. Now they want us to study an assigned training task followed up by an online assessment in the heat of the working week pressure how many people are going to forget to do this? I would like to move if i thought there was any other network that was any better. May have to go DA
27 Mar 2012 A good network to be with, good support and compliance. File checking is 1st class as are management team and commission dept. No problems with receiving payments. Training ongoing as required. I would recommend this network.
3 May 2011 seem to have an entire department dedicated to inventing more stupid forms to fill in, watch out for mysterious fees that are deducted for an apparent marketing fee from mortgage proc fee's, this bit was never mentioned until i asked about it!!!! wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy
23 Feb 2010 Many good products - more than most I have seen. Software system also very user friendly. More recently they have lost the Personal Touch and communication is at times poor with no-one returning calls and emails, despite automatic response saying you will be contacted within 2 days. Payments always timely but not always correct and then service kicks in again which is poor. However seem to be financial sound and with introduction of £125 fee should stay that way which is important in todays climate

10 Mar 2006 I have been a member with PTFS since Dec 2004 previous to this I was with Sesame and Network300. PTFS have got it right they are spot on the money, you can talk to someone you know most of the time and get sensible answers back. The staff and snr management live in the real world. Thanks PTFS for you support in my business.

18 Jan 2006 The compliance tool Dashboard is a joke but they say it will get better. We call it "Crashboard", need we say more. Halifax payments are paid once a quarter but that might be Halifax's fault.
8 Jan 2006 I have been a PTI agent since 1999, and an AR since 2004. My company has been helped enormously by PTFS in terms of training, recruitment, commission payments, and I have also found their people (in the main) to be very helpful and supportive. I have been in this business over 13 years and with different companies - so I am talking from experience and with hindsight. The flip side is, of course, there are some negatives, but on the whole, the positives far outweigh them. H.
