Time…. this, the most valuable of commodities.  We are able to quickly identify suitable lending sources for your applications.  This enables you to quickly respond to your clients’ enquiry without them looking elsewhere!!

Presentation.... A key factor in getting applications approved.  Commercial applications rely on a high degree of interpretation & analysis.  First impressions count and the way a case is presented to a lenders underwriters is key.  Our lending experts have the experience to present a case in a format that greatly enhances its chances of securing success.  Our well established relationships with lenders also ensure that the applications are given priority and looked upon favourably.

Market Knowledge…. We all know how frustrating it is to submit a case after speaking with the lender only to be told they can’t or won’t do it!!  Commercial lending criteria tend to be guidelines only and the devil is in the detail - that’s where we come in.  With our market knowledge we are able to identify those lenders that don’t have an appetite for certain sectors or lending types.  It’s all part of knowing the market place and keeping up to date with lending criteria changes.

Service Levels…. We offer a choice of service levels:- A)  We can deal with your commercial enquiry from start to finish and involve you as much or as little as you like.  Or B)  You can opt for our Introducer only service and let us deal direct with your client whilst you concentrate on other cases and sales.

Whichever way you choose to deal with us, the same introducer fee will be paid to you.
