Following the success of the Annual IRESS Mortgage Efficiency Survey, and requests from lenders, we are pleased to announce our inaugural IRESS Intermediary Mortgage Survey 2014 is now live.

Working with the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association (IMLA) and the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) we have developed a two part survey; one for lenders and one for you, the Intermediary.

The Intermediary survey examines your use of mortgage lenders' portals, and is your chance to get involved and have a say in this benchmark study.

A copy of the survey questions can be downloaded here to enable you to collate your responses in advance. As most of the questions require a yes/no response, the survey should take no longer than 15 minutes.
