Our Corporate BTL product is aimed at the landlord who holds their portfolio through a Limited Company, LLP or Trust.  They can benefit from rates starting at 2.99% over Bank of England Base Rate, with LTV's  up to 75% A 5 year fixed rate at 4.29% reverting to a SRV of 4.99% is also available and is proving very popular.

Our client, an ordinary partnership, was looking to expand their business into the vacant premises next door to their industrial unit, to allow them to provide a more comprehensive service for their customers.  The property was on sale for £125,000 and the client was looking for £90,000.  We were able to secure lending for the full £90k over 15 years full repayment at a rate of 4.25% over base.
