	Good news, we're expanding our lending area from today! Our new regional lending area will cover the postcode areas BA, SN, RG, OX, SY and TA, lending up to 90% LTV in these areas. Our existing local lending area, which include postcode areas NP, CF, SA, LD, WR, GL, HR and BS all have LTV's up to 95%. With attractive maximum loan sizes, and a minimum loan of just £40k, we're sure this is good news for you and your borrowers: LTV Maximum Loan Between 80.01% and 85% £500k Between 85.01% and 90% £475k Between 90.01% and 95% £400k There's more to come We'll soon be introducing a range of competitive parental assist and lending into retirement mortgage products and we look forward to telling you all about them very soon.
