Anyone can introduce a Landlord or Lender.

An introducer can be Letting Agent, fellow Landlord, Mortgage Broker, Financial Adviser, Landlord Association, Landlord Marketing Firm, Investment Broker, Fund Manager, a Friend or someone else.

We remunerate all our introducers.

Easy steps to register and fund your landlord client

  1. Set up a secure log in and provide an overview of your client's BTL business
  2. Upload your client's existing property portfolio by spreadsheet or direct webpage (we can help!)
  3. Make your client's whole property portfolio or individual properties available or unavailable for funding at the click of a button
  4. Sit back and let potential funders enquire, Landlord Mortgages will facilitate discussions between landlord and funders with your involvement.
  5. Attend meetings where necessary to secure desired mortgage terms
  6. Proceed to legals and draw funds
  7. Be remunerated for your introduction

Things to know

  • The public cannot use Lend2Landlord platform
  • Other landlords cannot view your profile or property listings
  • Lenders will have limited information about your funding requirements when browsing: Lenders will NOT know your or your client's name, address, contact details nor will they know the exact location of the properties needing funding.

Landlords want to pay:


1% over Bank of England Base Rate up to 50% LTV

1.2% over Bank of England Base Rate up to 60% LTV

1.5% over Bank of England Base Rate up to 65% LTV

2% over Bank of England Base Rate up to 75% LTV

2.5% over Bank of England Base Rate up to 80% LTV

A Traditional BTL lender is currently charging:


2.49% variable up to 65% LTV

2.65% variable up to 75% LTV

3.19% over Bank Base Rate up to 80% LTV
