TMW have this morning published some guidelines on their treatment of Portfolio Landlords ahead of the PRA's changes that come into effect on 30th September 2017. They've also given Brokers the opportunity to ask any questions.
In a lending landscape which is now crtieria driven, it's good to see a Lender acknowledge this and giving their Brokers the heads up.
