Interactive workshop focusing on how firms can identify and prevent harm
You will work through a detailed case study that will help to identify and understand risks and potential causes of harm. This will involve a number of topics including Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD), complaints, and the Senior Managers and Certification Regime. The scenario will put into practice our expectations and will give attendees ideas and concepts that are applicable to their own businesses.

The session will be of most benefit to general insurance intermediaries; however other insurance firms are welcome. An £85 registration fee per person will apply.
