All lenders are looking to reduce levels of mortgage arrears and keep repossessions to an absolute minimum. This is especially important in the context of treating customers fairly and reducing losses. This workshop, run by the Council of Mortgage Lenders, shows how engagement with free and effective debt advice helps achieve these aims and points the smart way forward to intelligent, customer focussed mortgage arrears management.
This workshop provides delegates with essential debt advice awareness in order to help customers with genuine payment difficulties stabilize and repay arrears, so reducing avoidable repossessions.
