In recent years, the buy to let market has boomed due to economic recovery, low interest rates and new lenders driving increased competition in the market. Year to date buy to let sales for January to August 2015 reached £25.62bn, an increase of 30.4% when compared with the same period in 2014.

TFC Homeloans have responded to this growth by doubling our buy to let panel of lenders in 2015. Our workshops welcome four recent additions to our panel who we feel cover a wide scope of the market, including landlords with adverse or unusual incomes, portfolio landlords, limited companies and HMOs.
