10.45 - 11.30 Kensington Mortgage Company. Emma Kelman

Emma Kelman, who has 18 years experience as BDM for
Kensington in the South East, will give an overview of
Kensington’s approach to Lending for Real Life.
Kensington have recently enhanced products and criteria
for Self Employed, Complex Income and Buy to Let
customers as well as those that fail mainstream lender
credit scores.

 11.45 -12.30 The Pensions Regulator Jeremy Leslie-Smith

Jeremy is part of the Industry Liaison team at The Pensions
Regulator. In this role he was previously responsible for
engaging with many of the UK's largest employers to help
them understand the new 'automatic enrolment' duties.
Since early 2013, Jeremy’s primary responsibility has been
to oversee the preparation of the financial services industry
for automatic enrolment. This involves engaging with many
of the UK’s financial adviser firms and pension scheme
providers as well as speaking at events for various industry
specialists.

Before to joining the regulator, Jeremy worked within the
financial services industry for 22 years, both within the tied
insured sector and as a director of his own firm of
independent financial advisers. He has extensive
experience of dealing with companies in both the private
and public sector.

12.45 – 13.30 Royal London Carl Bradford

The sweeping changes in the Pensions Industry started with
George Osborne's "budget bombshell" and took much of
the pension industry by surprise. Changes have continued
at a faster pace than ever before and in this presentation,
Carl Bradford, Executive Pensions Consultant at Royal
London will consider the effect on retirement savers,
especially high earners, how the State Pension is changing
 and a look at a recent independent research into Pensions
Savings.
13.30 – 14.15 Prudential Paul Rutland
“Paul Rutland of Prudential will give a talk on the unique
way Prudential manage money and how those asset
management skills have helped achieve a smoothed return
for their investment clients through their Prufund range of
funds. He will also demonstrate how the Prufunds can be
suitable for your ISA clients.”
