TFC Homeloans launches QuickSearch – fast and free broker sourcing for specialist lending

31 May 2016

TFC Homeloans has launched QuickSearch to brokers – its pioneering, fast sourcing tool for specialist lending.

Brokers can answer 20 quick questions about their client’s details and needs, before comparing all specialist product types in one place, including mortgages, second charge loans, bridging finance, commercial mortgages and buy-to-let.

QuickSearch is part of the specialist distributor’s innovative CaseBldr software powered by APAC Systems, and has been tried and tested by TFC Homeloans for over a year to ensure it is ready for brokers to use.

It gives advisers a fast, compliant answer to specialist mortgage enquiries, including whether or not a second charge loan would be more appropriate than a remortgage, or if a complex buy-to-let case can be placed.

Trusted technology

QuickSearch compares a vast number of deals from a wide range of lenders, highlighting the product type and details, total costs including fees, and any specific lending criteria. It quickly guides the broker to the most appropriate option, with a clear audit trail.

TFC’s managing director Nigel Payne, said: “For the last year TFC has been quietly testing this incredible technology, which is far more advanced than anything else in the market. Now we are making QuickSearch available to our brokers, completely free of charge, to guide them to the most suitable choice for their specialist clients.

“When a lead is hot, brokers need a result within minutes, not hours, and QuickSearch gives you that certainty to proceed. At that stage you can submit the case to TFC and we will verify the details before going to a full DIP.

“If you are assessing your specialist sourcing needs, and want tried and tested technology, try it out for yourself.”

Brokers can access QuickSearch for free by registering to use TFC’s CaseBldr at www.tfchomeloans.com.
