Julian Harris Networks Launch New 1st & 2nd Charge Mortgage Packaging Service

The Julian Harris Networks have launched their own specialist first and second charge packaging service. The service is headed up by Derrick Hyman (previously with BDS and Pink Homeloans). This is available to the whole adviser community, not just Julian Harris network members. This is a whole of market offering that will provide comparisons of the options available to the client, such as 1st charge with further advance, remortgage, first charge with 2nd charge. It will also provide a suitability report template. This will help to ensure that clients get the best possible advice, as well as improving advisers’ conduct and assisting them to comply post MCD.
Julian Harris Financial Consultants and Julian Harris Mortgages Ltd were set up in the early 90s and are hence one of the longest standing IFA and MA adviser network options.
