TFC takes on five new recruits to support growth

02 August 2016

Specialist distributor TFC Homeloans has boosted its team by five, as part of its strategic growth plan for 2016.

The new recruits will work across a range of roles within the business and are currently benefitting from TFC’s brand new induction programme to help them quickly become part of the 30-strong team.

The business has taken on Vanessa Bamford and Leonie Cavanagh in the newly created roles of internal business development managers. The iBDMs will work in the head office, supporting brokers, keeping them up to date with new products and events and helping them to grow their business.

Roxann Robinson starts as an underwriter, Annabelle Burton is a trainee para planner and Katie Dawes is a case owner in the mortgage processing team.

Nigel Payne said: “This raft of new recruits is another exciting step for TFC Homeloans, and a fundamental part of our growth strategy for 2016. It’s great to see our new headquarters in Manchester filling up with enthusiastic new starters working alongside our experienced and loyal team.

“We’ll continue to expand, with some key appointments planned in the coming months.”

New starter Vanessa Bamford (pictured, far right) said: “It’s been fantastic starting with the other four new recruits as we have all been able to go through TFC’s induction programme together. The team has been really welcoming and the brokers I have spoken to have been really engaged and keen to find out more. I look forward to working closely with them.”
