Mortgage Brain launches Secure Client Portal within the Key

Mortgage technology expert, Mortgage Brain, has announced the launch of a new secure online Client Portal within the Key, making it even easier for advisers to interact with their clients.

The first in a series of new product developments being made to the Key, the new Client Portal can be accessed 24/7 via a computer, tablet or smartphone, and allows advisers and their clients to communicate with each other and share information and documentation in a highly secure environment.

Designed to give advisers greater control and transparency of exchanges with clients, the new Client Portal also features a secure messaging service, eliminating the need for clients to send sensitive and confidential personal information via email or by post.

By using the Client Portal, advisers’ customers will not only be able to view their data and the current status of ongoing cases, but also edit and upload their own information to an exclusive and protected area within the key.
