Shawbrook’s “Spring Fling” series – savings for brokers’ clients throughout the whole of March

The Bank’s Commercial Mortgages team has a raft of initiatives planned this month…

Shawbrook Commercial Mortgages has announced plans for a wide range of cost-saving initiatives for brokers’ clients throughout March, via its “Spring Fling” series.

As of yesterday, the first in the “Spring Fling” series goes live with a change to the arrangement fee for customers. There will be a 0.25% discount on the arrangement fee for all new Applications in Principle (AIPs) until the 31st March, which will be applied alongside Shawbrook’s standard existing customer discount. This will be available for all Specialist BTL products – including large loans – providing considerable savings and clarifying the Commercial Mortgages team’s appetite as Q1 of 2017 comes to a close.

This will be followed with other more product specific changes over the coming weeks. Each further initiative within the “Spring Fling” series will be announced on a weekly basis, ensuring a raft of exciting upgrades throughout March for the clients of Shawbrook Broker Partners to look forward to.
