Tenet announces the latest in a series of new relationships in 2017 with the news it has linked with specialist lender, Vida Homeloans.

The intermediary-only lender was established to help residential and buy-to-let customers who may not fit the criteria currently demanded by high street banks. In addition, it has developed a niche for lending into retirement, limited company and SPV lending, and mortgages for flats above commercial premises.

“Vida only launched in October last year, but we are very impressed with their innovative, vibrant approach,” commented TenetLime managing director, Gemma Harle, who also highlighted their willingness to include the income of up to four applicants and consider HMOs of up to eight bedrooms.

“As a newcomer, Vida has been able to adopt modern mortgage lending technology from the outset and combine it with a speedy online functionality and fast human decisions on underwriting,” she said.
