Fleet Mortgages, the buy-to-let and specialist lender, has today (9^th May 2017) announced the appointment of a new Business Development Manager (BDM) covering the South East.

Paul Flude reports to Sales Director, Ross Turrell, and will look after Fleet’s many relationships with advisers and intermediaries across the South East region.

Paul joins Fleet Mortgages having gained a great deal of experience across a range of financial services’ roles working in estate agency and as a finance broker, before becoming a BDM with CHL Mortgages.

His most recent role, before joining Fleet Mortgages, was as a self-employed mortgage adviser.

Fleet Mortgages is an intermediary-only, buy-to-let lender and its products are available to individuals, limited companies and those looking to invest in Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO).
