Tenet adds United Trust Bank to second charge panel

10 May 2017

United Trust Bank has become the latest addition to Tenet’s direct to lender second charge panel – the third to join this year and the eighth since it was launched just six months ago.

Commenting on the deal, TenetLime managing director, Gemma Harle, said: “United Trust Bank offers a range of specialised mortgage products and a common sense approach to underwriting.

“They lend on a variety of property types for a wide range of purposes, including home improvement, car purchase and consolidation of debt, and consider employed, self-employed and pension incomes, with no credit scoring.”

Jo Edwards, business development & marketing director at United Trust Bank, added: “We are delighted to be partnering with Tenet. They have a great reputation in the industry and share our commitment to providing customers with an excellent service and experience.”
