Marsden BS launches 23 new Residential and Older Borrower products
Marsden Building Society has just this week refreshed its Residential and Older Borrower product range maintaining its product set up to 95% LTV for residential.
Heather Crinion, General Manager (Operations) said;
“We had a high amount of interest in our April product launch and many of those products remain available alongside our new ones too. There are 18 new discount Older Borrower products and 5 new residential products too. In addition to this, we have amended our Minimum property value on Older Borrowers to £150,000 to simplify the product range.”
