Darren Baker, CEO of Peritus Corporate Finance talks about the company’s aims and why they are thrilled to join Shawbrook’s Strategic Panel:
“At Peritus Corporate Finance we benefit from a 23 year track-record of providing comprehensive funding solutions for our clients across multiple lenders, with access to all relevant products. We committed ourselves to forging a reputation for putting our clients first, doing the hard work so they don’t have to. It sounds simple but that is our core responsibility and one which we never lose sight of.
“Over the last 23 years, we’ve grown from a small family business to a team of 19, with each employee bringing their own unique expertise and experience to bear for our clients. Our team covers commercial finance and private finance across all real estate asset classes, including six bankers, two fund managers, five mortgage advisors and two wealth managers plus support staff with offices in London and Newcastle. We deliver a range of different functions for our clients such as debt origination advice and assisting with the legal process, whilst also working on everything from first time buyer mortgages through to £100m plus commercial investments.
