Source insurance has appointed two new Directors to its main board amongst a raft of changes at senior level in the business. Tania Frowen joins the company as Operations Director, Tania brings a wealth of experience to the company having spent more than a decade contracting at senior and board level. Manoj Khetia who was previously Head of IT at Source has been appointed Chief Technology Officer and Source’ current FD, Gavin Davidson will move into the role of Commercial Director.

Other changes see the creation of three divisions within the company, Source Intermediary headed up by Brian Coulton who was previously head of sales, the second division, Source Direct, will be headed up by Rob Rushton who was previously head of marketing at Source and the third division will be Source Finance which was created in the wake of the successful launch of Source’ own premium financing platform towards the end of 2016, the head for which is still to be appointed.

Commenting on the changes Source MD Kevin Paterson said, “We are going through some exciting growth and as such we needed to strengthen both the board and a number of additional senior positions within the company, we continue to invest in our intermediary channel and the creation of the two additional divisions will enable us to focus and capitalise on the opportunities we have seen since the launch of both our integration services and our own finance platform”.
