Foundation Home Loans appoints new Regional Area Manager

Foundation Home Loans has added to its sales team with the appointment of Annette Tilbury as Regional Area Manager for the South East.
Annette joins from CHL Mortgages, where during the course of her 23 years, she maintained various roles within the sales, asset management and underwriting teams. With a career totaling 32 years within the financial services industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
Foundation Home Loans is a specialist lender, available only through intermediaries and designed for clients with more complex needs. It has also now launched its residential product range in addition to its established buy-to-let proposition.
