Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has announced the appointment of Lorenzo Satchell as sales director within its bridging division.

Lorenzo has over 30 years’ experience in the property finance sector and joined HTB in January of this year as head of sales for bridging. His promotion is in recognition of his leadership and the performance of the sales team under his stewardship, with origination levels consistently well above target.

During his long career Lorenzo has worked for a range of specialist lenders and packagers. He joined HTB following 15 years at Together, where he was most recently specialist key account manager for London and the South East of England.

In his new role, Lorenzo will be responsible for managing the bridging sales team as well as overseeing all originations and intermediary business partners that work with the Bank for bridging finance solutions.
