This industry recognition is courtesy of the 'Great Place To Work UK', which conducted an extensive Trust Index employee survey earlier this year. The survey researched various aspects of the employee experience, including work-life balance, and job satisfaction, across all departments and seniority levels. SmartSearch's inclusion in this list underscores a dedication to ensuring a rewarding and supportive work environment, where every employee finds a blend of professional growth and personal well-being.

The narrative of SmartSearch's growth is enriched by several significant developments that resonate well with the industry's progressive trends. But while the number of its clients grew, the company retained its industry-leading 98 per cent customer retention rate.
