LENDLORD LAUNCHES TENANTS APP

04 October 2023

Lendlord, the platform for property investors and landlords, has launched a Tenants App to streamline the way landlords and tenants communicate.

The new app will enable Lendlord users to provide their tenants with access to a personalised dashboard where they can view documents for the property, including EPC, Gas Safety Certificate, right to rent documents, welcome pack and more.

In addition, tenants will be able to track their payment schedule and make in-app payments, as well as reporting maintenance issues and communicating with their landlords using the app.

The new Tenants App from Lendlord will also enable landlords to onboard new tenants and generate an AST agreement instantly from the platform.

Lendlord provides property investors with a safe and secure place in the cloud in which they can place all the information they need to manage their investments, helping landlords to manage their tenants and tenancies, track their monthly income and expenses, understand their financing options and to evaluate and analyse potential new property acquisitions.

Since its launch, Lendlord has helped thousands of landlords to track the performance of their portfolios and improve their bottom line as a result. The platform, which offers a range of features including the ability for investors to research and access funding online, is currently being used by landlords to manage more than 50,000 investment properties.

Aviram Shahar, Co-Founder and CEO at Lendlord says: “Lendlord provides landlords with an enhanced digital platform to manage their portfolio and track their investments’ performance to help them become more successful. Successfully onboarding and managing a relationship with tenants is a vital element of any landlord’s success and the new Tenant App from Lendlord makes this part of the investment easier than ever before.

“With a range of features that help landlords to onboard and communicate with their tenants, as well as making it easier to make payments, the Tenant App takes much of the stress out of managing tenants, enabling investors to focus their efforts of building bigger, stronger portfolios.”
