HLP’s CEO, Christopher Tanner said, “Our journey of technological evolution is rooted in our unwavering dedication to our advisers. There are so many different components of tech support that brokers need to operate efficiently today. But the key is to make each part work together so that advisers have everything at their fingertips.”

Key features of the update include:

News & Communication Hub
• Purpose: This hub centralises all crucial messages, news, and communications, ensuring advisers never miss out on essential information.
• Relevance: Recognising the ease with which emails and notifications can be overlooked, this hub will stand as a real-time archive for all HLP network communications improving the flow of information.
Integrated Booking System
• Single Platform Advantage: The portal now amalgamates all events, training courses, and webinar bookings. Advisers attending events booked via this portal will have their CPD record automatically updated.
Enhanced Client & Product Views
• Client Search Feature: Accessible from any point on the site via the top navigation bar, this tool connects to a detailed client page.
• Product Screens: A more seamless browsing experience for advisers as they go through client products and prior fact-finding data, without the hassle of toggling between pages.
Revamped MI Dashboards & Reporting
• Usability Boost: The MI dashboard and reporting tool now boast a refreshed design and enhanced user-friendliness to access important management information to help firms enhance their business.

Christopher Tanner added, “These portal updates are a testament to our pledge to equip our members with superior tools, ensuring they continue to serve their clients to the best of their capabilities. This marks the beginning of a series of enhancements set to unfold throughout the year. It's an exciting time to be a member of HLPartnership.”
