The Brightstar Group bolsters team ahead of 2024

The Brightstar Group has announced new recruitment and promotions to strengthen its team ahead of 2024.
Chantelle May has been promoted to Group Head of Sales Support, taking on responsibility for the daily running of the Brightstar Financial and Sirius sales support teams. Chantelle joined Brightstar as a Case Manager in 2018 and has twice been previously promoted during her time at the business.
Andy Cappaert has also been promoted, taking on the role of Group Head of National Accounts and will lead the Brightstar Group’s business development strategy. Andy joined Brightstar as National Account Manager in 2021.
In addition, Brightstar has recruited three new Team Administrators to strengthen the team, provide greater capacity for growth and help maintain the group’s reputation for providing consistently outstanding service. The new recruits are Rianna Byom, Connor Lam and Paul Killington. Paul was a previous work experience student on the company’s hugely successful ‘Young Learners Programme’ and is the seventh team member to have joined the Group via this route; confirming how the investment in young people has been a key part of the recruitment strategy.
