Newcastle Intermediaries announce across-the-board residential mortgage rate cuts

Newcastle Intermediaries has reduced rates by up to 0.65% across its range of residential products.

The reductions include competitive rates available up to 95% LTV and with rates starting from 4.65%, supporting borrowers looking to both purchase and remortgage a home. Fee assisted options are also available to support clients who require help with costs.

Franco Di Pietro, head of intermediary mortgages at Newcastle Building Society said: “In an increasingly fast-moving market, brokers and their clients are continually looking for competitive options, and so we are pleased to be able to reduce rates across our range of residential mortgage products.”
