Countrywide Surveying Services appoints Performance Director

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS), one of the leading suppliers of property risk management, valuations and customer surveys in the UK, has announced the appointment of Steve Rayers as performance director.

In his new role, Steve will be working closely with Rebecca Freeman, director of field operations at CSS and its regional directors. He will also operate in collaboration with Martyn Stones, director of technical services, and the technical services team to deliver enhanced levels of support and explore future opportunities within the residential space.

Steve is a fully qualified chartered surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the property industry. He began his career at Dixons Estate Agents, moving onto General Accident Property Services. This was subject to a management buy-out to become e.surv, where he spent well over a decade occupying a variety of senior positions. He joins CSS from Legal & General Surveying Services where he held the position of surveying director for the past four years.
