Shawbrook Bank Cub Hub launches at FP Show next week

Shawbrook Bank is pleased to announce that, in addition to being a main sponsor of The Finance Professional Show on November 4th at London Olympia, we will also be sponsoring a networking area for all those in attendance: 'The Shawbrook Cub Hub'.
Designed to facilitate interaction and networking between brokers, the space also provides an opportunity to meet members of Shawbrook's Commercial Mortgages team and to discuss our evolving product range as well as the services offered to our Broker Partners.
During an open breakfast networking hour taking place between 9:30 and 10:30 am, when all visitors are invited to partake in complementary drinks and pastries, the Shawbrook team is eager to meet as many attendees as possible and answer questions on any aspect of our lending range or plans for the future.
Deputy CEO and Managing Director Commercial Mortgages Stephen Johnson will feature on the FCA Regulation & Supervision panel in the Shawbrook Bank Conference Theatre at 2:30 pm to discuss a range of stimulating issues including:
- What do lenders and funders expect from the commercial finance broking industry for 2016 and beyond?
- The NACFB has adapted its Code of Practice to reflect the demands of regulation, but have we gone too far or not far enough to protect brokers' reputations?
- In the IFA regulated space, appointed representatives form 90% of the market. How can we ensure that our industry remains dominated by the independent directly authorised broker?
