Complete FS appoints more experienced staff

Complete FS, the specialist packager based on the South Coast, has expanded its broker facing teams by appointing two more staff with massive experience of the industry.
Davinia Blackman, who joins the Residential, BTL and Secured Loans team as Senior Underwriter, has been in the industry since 1990 and has only been with one company, Solent Mortgage Services, where she joined from college. She developed her skills and knowledge as an underwriter in secured loans and then expanded her repertoire into first charge lending. Latterly, she ran the processing team at SMS as Office Manager.
Joining the Bridging & Commercial team, Julie Sides, originally cut her teeth as an underwriter at the Portsmouth Building Society. She joined BDS Mortgage Group as an underwriter in 1994. In her 11 years at BDS, she then graduated to broker sales and product development. Before the credit crunch, Julie also spent 2 years at TML Financial Solutions as Head of Product Development. During the downturn, Julie has spent over seven years as a civil servant but was keen to get back into the industry.
