SMS recruits Office Manager

Solent Mortgage Services (SMS), the specialist lending distributor, has announced the appointment of Debbie Robson as Office Manager.
Having started her career in mortgages with the Halifax and then as a Team Leader for Purely Mortgages, she then spent seven years with financial services firm, Affinion International, where she was responsible for leading and managing a team delivering exceptional customer service to clients seeking protection products in compliance with all relevant FCA and TCF guidelines.
Debbie will be in day-to-day charge of the SMS team while introducing new processes to complement the major IT upgrades taking place in January.
