We have expanded our Near Prime mortgage range to 95% LTV, ensuring more of your clients can access Atom bank’s award-winning products, even if they have a small deposit. The new tier of products is a direct response to broker feedback, and has been designed to meet the needs of those who don’t quite meet mainstream criteria, whether that’s clients with some light adverse history or first-time buyers with a thin credit file. Who is eligible? No defaults in the last 12 months. A maximum of one between 13 and 36 months. Unsatisfied default value must be less than £500. No CCJs in the last 36 months, and no more than one in the last 37 to 72 months. For unsatisfied CCJs, the originating balance must have been no more than £500. No mortgage arrears in the last 12 months, and no more than two months of mortgage arrears in the last 13-24 months. 95% LTV Near Prime rates start at 6.59% for a two-year fixed rate, with a £1,995 product fee. Three and five-year fixed rate products also start at 6.59% but with a £1,500 fee*. Check out the full product guide on the Atom bank website.
