The Right Mortgage & Protection Network (TRM) has today (24th August 2026) announced details of its inaugural Women’s Leadership Summit, taking place next month.
The event will be held on Wednesday 9th September at Nuthurst Grange Hotel in Solihull and has been created to bring together female business owners, advisers and senior leaders from across TRM for a day focused on leadership, business development and to help build stronger professional relationships.
The Summit will feature speakers from across the financial services industry, including:
- Clare Beardmore, Director of Mortgage Club at Legal & General Mortgage Club.
- Louise Colley, Director of Retail Protection & Leadership Coach at Zurich UK.
- Stephanie Charman, Chief Executive at AMI.
- Tina Cooper, National Account Manager at Lloyds Banking Group (Halifax).
Attendees will also hear from members of The Right Mortgage leadership team and TRM adviser members, with the programme incorporating interactive workshops, panel discussions and networking opportunities.
Topics to be covered will include building confidence, tackling the ‘inner critic’, developing leadership skills, growing successful businesses, supporting more women into the financial services industry, and creating lasting relationships across the network.
TRM said the Summit has been designed to provide attendees with practical insights and the opportunity to share experiences with other women working across the advice profession.
The event is being supported by Legal & General Mortgage Club and Lloyds Banking Group. Places are limited, and TRM members wishing to attend should register using the booking link provided in the event invitation.

Nicola Ventrella, Operations Director of The Right Mortgage & Protection Network, commented:
“I’m incredibly proud that we’re holding our first Women’s event at The Right Mortgage. We have so many successful women across our network - running their own businesses, advising clients, leading teams and building brilliant businesses - and it’s important we create opportunities for them to come together, share their experiences and support each other.
“The Leadership Summit is about celebrating that success, but also creating something really useful for the women attending. We’ll be hearing from some fantastic female leaders from across financial services, alongside women from within our own network who can share their own journeys, experiences and lessons learned.
“For me, the real value will be bringing everyone together in one room; having open and honest conversations about leadership, confidence, growing a business and the challenges we all face along the way, while also giving people the chance to build new relationships and learn from each other. I’m genuinely excited to see what comes from the day and I hope it becomes something we can continue to build on in the future.”
