As a new provider listed on Cherry, perhaps it's prudent to introduce ourselves first.

ClientTree is a new mortgage and insurance broker CRM that was specifically designed for the UK market, so all the relevant information is captured in an interactive form and various reports, including the FCA report, can be generated easily.

Well, that's how we first introduced the system in March 2023.

Then based on broker feedback, we started adding to it - a client portal that allows 2-way information and document sharing, vulnerability info to be compliant with Consumer Duty and various other features.

And of course, everyone's favourite: integrations with other systems. We have so far added MortgageBrain (beg Nov23) and L&G Ignite (end Dec23) for mortgages and Uinsure (mid Feb24) for GI. Further integrations are being worked on and will be announced as they become available.

The big question is of course why you'd switch to ClientTree.

Everyone works differently. Unlike some CRMs, our system is client-centric rather than project-centric and due to its layout, it is a clean, simple, user-friendly system.

We structured the system around the clients allowing you to easily see what each client has in their portfolio and add a new transaction to it as applicable. You can also see their past and present transactions in one place and follow up as appropriate.

The system is flexible to allow multiple income sources, foreign incomes as well as multiple properties and applicants per mortgage without any limit imposed.

You can also set permissions at a company level as well as at client level, e.g. a broker's manager/admin could see everything that the broker has, but if the broker goes on holiday, they can give temporary permission to another broker to deal with a specific client.

Plenty more to talk about, including the competitive price (no setup fee, no storage fee, no hidden extras), so if interested, please just reach out and we'll be happy to answer your questions and book a demo.

You mention 'competitive price' but can't see any prices listed on your website.  What are the ongoing costs for this system?
