With a user base exceeding over 6,000 individuals, 360 Lifecycle users will now be able to take advantage of the latest development from Mortgage Brain’s technology, Submissions Brain.

360 Lifecycle users will benefit from the convenience of a single unified login to complete, submit, and manage mortgage applications with numerous lenders using a versatile application. In 2023, 360 Lifecycle introduced a significant enhancement to the Mortgage Brain Mortgage Sourcing functionality. This upgrade has led to an enriched user experience and remarkable efficiency when sourcing mortgages. Users can now navigate Mortgage Brain with greater ease and effectiveness, ensuring they find the most suitable mortgage options.

Will this work as well as 27Tec's apply system? 😜

Hi Simon,

Yes it will, we integrate with Twenty7Tec and Mortgage Brain for Mortgage Sourcing. Mortgage Brain have Submissions Brain and they are developing a new consistent journey to be integrated later on this year.

Can't be any worse than Smartr365. Must have had hundreds of updates in the last 18 months and its still not the back office system I was promised.

Can't link with Halifax if one applicant is self employed on a case last year.

Might get it finished by the time I retire same as Legal and Generals new offering sometime soon.

I thought the Key was poor and developed in the 90's but at least it worked.
