Terms and Conditions

By completing the subscription process and / or using / entering this website you accept the following:

  • Some system entry and activity is monitored although the forum is not moderated (Please also see forum rules)
  • You agree to provide details of all users, servers etc. if requested, to ensure that use can be identified by cherry
  • Anyone passing on passwords or allowing others to access the system without prior agreement will face prosecution
  • WARNING - unauthorised use of the system is fraud.  Use of the site is free to Mortgage, Insurance and Financial Intermediaries and others with cherry's specific agreement.  Access for any person using the site without authorisation will be removed and the individual user and their companyand any individual or company who has passed on access details without authorisation, will face legal action.
  • cherry reserves the right to refuse admission to the service to any individual or company, without explanation 
  • Advisers only may input data into the 'adviser restricted' area of the system (unless otherwise agreed) - and even then, this is only acceptable if the data they input is at no risk of bias due to business / financial / friendship interests (of themselves or others).  For example, Directors or owners or part owners of a network or other company may not provide feedback about the network - even if they are advisers.  All abusers will be prosecuted
  • Views expressed on this site are not the views of cherry.

cherry Limited, will only share User data, and Employees/Applicants data with its partners in order to fulfil its obligations under the contract it has with them and to satisfy the Legal Obligation requirement.

cherry Limited will only share Users customer data with its partners in order to carry out the various checks and screens that are required under the Users Legal Obligation requirement and in accordance with fulfilling the contractual obligations.

cherry may share data with prospective/future employers in respect of current and past Employees.

Nothing in this document will prevent cherry from making any disclosure of data as required by law or by any competent authority.

cherry Limited does not share any data for any other reason other than what is stated above.

In respect of data that is shared as above, cherry Limited contractually requires all service providers and/or recipients, to safeguard the privacy and security of personal information they process on our behalf and authorise them to use or disclose the information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements.
