Foundation Home Loans has today launched a new Limited Edition, remortgage-only 5-year fixed buy-to-let product, designed to support those landlords looking to secure a highly competitive pay rate and rental calculation for five years along with reduced upfront costs.

 

·        3.19% fixed for 5 years

·        Remortgage-only with £500 cashback on completion

·        Available up to 75% LTV

·        Maximum loan of £1M.

·        Reduced product fee of 1%

·        Available to individual landlords, limited companies and portfolio landlords

 

This new remortgage product is available to those clients who just miss out on mainstream credit scores, and there is no limit to the background portfolio size of the borrower, subject to a maximum of £3M with Foundation.

 

Foundation’s loan amounts

The lender uses ICR calculated at the pay-rate, and at only 125% for limited companies and basic-rate taxpayers, and 145% for others.
