is this another one where you tell buyers to take 95% mortgages on the basis that they will live in the property, then not actually live in it?

This book is probably 15-20 years too late. Property is the most taxed asset—when you go in, when you have it, and when you exit.

And his sample pages could be better, bearing in mind the majority of it is a disclaimer for not following what he says.

In the summary, it seems to be mostly Buy, Refurbish, Refinance, Rent (BRRR).
