The Right Mortgage and Protection Network has created a new hub for their members, to assist them during this somewhat surreal time.

The hub, created by the companys in-house marketing team, provides advisers with information and tools to help members comply with the governments new social distancing regulations. The hub includes sales aids, as well as  making use of the networks technology, such as the client portal, allowing advisers to invite their clients to complete fact finds online. It also offers a variety of pre-approved customer facing brochure, letter and email templates, as well as social media posts that will be updated on a frequent basis, allowing members to keep in touch with their customer more easily.

Other sections include market news to keep advisers up to date on what is currently being communicated from providers, allowing them to access news updates all in one place.

Theyve also reacted quickly to market changes, such as the Budget and recent base rate changes, by utilising their in-house email marketing service offered to advisers, to deliver these  updates immediately to members clients on their behalf.

Mindful that they want to keep their members as in the loop as possible, the team at The Right Mortgage Ltd have not shied away from using links to other organisations who are also providing useful information and resources, that may be helpful during this difficult period. They have also included an area for feedback on what their members would like to see from the newly launched hub in the future.

Whilst many brokers may have already been working from home prior to this, the Network are keen to help with digital support. After having events cancelled previously, theyve started moving the events online, and are providing all materials for their members to download. To also continue providing their members with assistance, they are in the process of setting up a range of webinars to help advisers in coming weeks.

The Network shows no signs of slowing down, and are still taking on new members by switching their induction sessions to an entirely online service, with their first online induction course being delivered next week.
