Trading for 15 years, this company are specialists in protection, both personal and business. They have a few offices but are looking for somebody local to Wellingborough. All leads will be provided by the business and your prime responsibilities would be to help grow their personal protection side of the business. They are looking for a couple of advisors to start in the coming months.
Experience required to become a Protection Advisor;
- A minimum of 1 years experience in advising on Life and Critical illness.
Role responsibilities of a Protection Advisor;
- Using the leads provided to convert business.
- You will be expected to write either 10k, 15k, or 20k pcm, depending on your seniority.
The different levels for the Protection Advisor;
- Level 1, 20k basic, no qualifications required, commission at 10% on all business written (OTE 32k)
- Level 2, 25k basic, RO5 & IF7 qualified, commission at 13% on all business written (OTE 48.8k)
- Level 3, 30k basic, CF1/RO1 & GR1, commission at 15% on all business written (OTE 66k)
