ROLE - Mortgage Advisor
SALARY - 25K + 20% COMMISSION
A mortgage broker that has a team of mortgage advisors but are growing rapidly and looking to take on several Mortgage Advisors. There can be some flexibility to work from home but the office in St Neots will also need to be worked from at least twice a week. No weekend work!
Key responsibilities of the Mortgage Advisor role:
• To provide high quality telephone-based advice to clients.
• To keep abreast of product and market changes to ensure our clients are always receiving the best possible advice.
• To work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent client outcomes.
The successful Mortgage Advisor candidate will be:
• An excellent communicator.
• Somebody that previously holds experience as a Mortgage Advisor, whole of market preferred.
• Customer focused, results orientated and positive.
• Self-motivated and have the drive to succeed in this rewarding and fast paced environment.
• Able to demonstrate previous sales performance success.
• Organised and methodical.
